Mushroom Adraki Ingredients:
Mushroom 300 gms. Chopped tomato 1cup Coriander powder 1 tsp Chopped onion 1 cup Chopped ginger 1tbsp. Cumin seeds 1/2tsp. Garam Masala powder 1 tsp. Red chili powder 11/2 tsp. Turmeric powder 1 tsp. Chopped green coriander 1 Oil 3 Salt As per taste
Mushroom Adraki Preparation:
Clean and cut mushrooms into quarters. Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add cumin seeds and let it crackle. Add chopped onions and saute until light golden brown. Add chopped ginger, green chilies, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt. Cook for one minute. Add chopped tomatoes and red chili powder and cook till fat leaves the masala. Add mushrooms and cover. Cook for another 10 minutes on a medium flame. Add Garam Masala Powder. Open the lid and cook for 5 minutes on a high flame. Sprinkle chopped green coriander and serve hot.
