Achu Muruukku Ingredients:
Bengal gram flour - 2 cups rice flour - 1 cup salt - 2tsp Chilli powder - 1 cup cooking soda - a pinch
Achu Muruukku Preparation:
Mix the sived flour together with the above ingredients. Pour water and mix the flour so that it is little watery. Heat some oil in a pan, dip the mould in oil for few seconds. And take the mould and dip into the flour, don’t immerse it fully. Dip the mould in hot oil and tap on the mould so that the flour falls inside the hot oil. Let it cook till the murukku is golden on the outside. Repeat the process to make more
Tips: Make sure that you dip the mould in hot oil each time. Do not keep the mould for in hot oil for a long time
