Bhonda Ingredients:
Potato - 2
Green chillies - 3
Peas - 100 gms
Sambar powder - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Onions - 2
For the batter:
1) Chana flour
2) Cooking soda
3) Rice flour
4) chilli powder
Bhonda Preparation:
1) Cook the potatoes and mash them
2) Heat some oil in a pan, add jeera , then add the onions, then add green chillies.
3) Add the mashed potatoes, and add sambar powder.
4) Then add coriander leaves.
To fry the Bhondas:
1) Make the potato mixture to small round balls
2) Soak them in the batter and deep fry them
3) Serve them hot with tomato sauce. |
