Cutlet Ingredients:
Onion-1
Lemon -1
Coriander leaves
Potatoes - 3
Peas - 50 gms
Beans - 25 gms
Carrot - 20 gms
Ginger, green chilli paste - 4 tsp
Turmeric powder
chilli powder
garam masala powder
Rusk powder - 250 gms
Maida flour or rice flour - 100 gms
Cutlet Preparation:
1) Cook the potates and the carrots, peas beans in a separate vessel
2) Heat 4 tsp of oil in a pan and add the onions, the ginger green chilli paste and fry them till they are golden brown
3) Mix all the vegetables with the potato to make them a paste.
4) Add salt, garam masala powder, chilli powder and turmeric powder to the onions
5) Add the Vegetables to the above mixture
6) Add some coriander leaves and lemon juice to it
To Fry:
1) Now take the paste and make them into an oval shape
2) Dip them in the water and maida mixture
3) Coat them in the rusk powder
4) Deep fry them in oil
This is a best evening snack; you can serve them with tomato ketchup.
Tip:
It’s better if more potatoes are used so that the other vegetables would be stuck together and the cutlets would be in shape.
