Dahi Bara Ingredients :
quarter bread - 4 Loaves curd 500 gms salt to taste sugar to taste ghee or oil to fry bread roasted coriander and red chilly (ground together)
Dahi Bara Preparation :
Cut bread into 4/6 pieces. Deep fry in oil. Keep aside and let cool. In a separate bowl, beat curd well with salt and sugar to form a creamy mass. Put the breads in it and let soak for 10 minutes. Sprinkle roasted coriander and chilly powder (ground masala) on top and serve. |
