Egg Bajji Ingredients:
Egg- 6
Boil the eggs well and keep them aside
For the batter:
1) Chana flour 2) cooking soda 3) rice flour 4) chilli powder 5) salt to taste 6) Add sufficient water to bring nice consistency to the batter.
To fry the bajji:
1) Take the boilded eggs 2) soak them in the batter and deep fry them 3) Serve them hot with tomato sauce.
