Fried Idli Method:

Do the Idli as above and cut them into small squares. Then add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt to the squares and deep fry them in oil.
Heat a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chana dal , urud dal and after that add onions , fry the onions till they are brown and mix the fried idli. |
