Papri Chat Ingredients:
300 gms Curd 1\2 tsp. Roasted jeera powder 50 gms Ready made sev 1\2 tsp. Rock salt 1\2 tsp. Chaat masala 4 tbsp. Tamarind chutney 2 tbsp Mint(pudina)chutney 1\2 cup Garbanzo beans ( Chana cooked) 1 Potato (boiled) 250 gms Papri Chopped coriander for garnishing Sugar and salt as per requirement
Papri Chat Method:
Whip the curd well with salt, sugar and rock salt. Now peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Take a serving plate. Arrange the potatoes and papris.
Mix in the channa. Now pour required amount of curd. Allow it to seep inside the papris and the potatoes. Now add 1 tsp. of tamarind chutney and 1\2 tsp. of mint chutney. Sprinkle and chaat masala on top. Garnish with chopped coriander if desired. |
