Potato Wedges Ingredients:
Potato - 3 Egg whites -2 Oil to taste salt to taste
Potato Wedges Preparation :
Cut the potatoes , by just peeling the outer skin slightly. Cut them into thick wedges, coat them with oil and egg whites and brush them well. Preheat oven 475 degrees and let the potatoes brown. For about 10 - 15 minutes. Let them cool for about 10 minutes and apply them with salt.
