Potato finger chips Ingredients:
Potato - 5 medium size Water - 1 big bowl Salt to taste Chilli powder - 1 tsp Oil - 250 gms
Potato finger chips Preparation:
Wash the potatoes well and wipe the excess water.
Peel the outer skin from all the potatoes
Then Cut them diagonally thrice in order to get thin fingers of potatoes and place them in a bowl of water that would help the potatoes from not turning dark.
Then Heat 250 gms of oil and wait until they are hot, then take the potato fingers from water wipe of the excess water make sure you wipe the excess water well Or the Hot oil is going to splatter and make cause serious damage to skin. Wait till they are golden brown and then remove them and place them on an absorbent sheet to drain exceeds liquid. Season them with salt and chilli (you can also use black pepper).
