Rava Roti Ingredients:
1) Ragi flour
2) rice flour
3) Onions - 2
4) Green chillies - 2
5) Red chillies - 2
6) Coriander leaves
7) Ginger, garlic paste - 2 tsp
8) Salt to taste
To make Rava Roti:
Take the ragi flour, rice flour, the ginger & garlic paste and the red chilli and green chilli paste. Add the coriander leaves. Add the salt to taste. Add a little water and mix them well with your hands. Add just enough water to make the consistency like chapathi dough (or bread dough). Take the flour and flatten them well to make them nice small rotis. Heat the pan and put the rotis on the stove.
Tip:
Its better to flatten the rotis on the cooking pan directly, as it may get stuck to the surface you place it temporarily while doing the rotis.
