Vallaipoo vadai Ingredients:
Chana dal - 2 cups ( soak them well for 4 hours) Green chillies - 4 Red chillies - 4 Sombu - 2 tsp Jeera - 1 tsp Salt to taste Ginger - 1 tsp Curry leaves Coriander
Vallaipoo vadai Preparation :
Mix the above ingredients in a blender and blend them well with adding very less water Grind coarsely) Then add the cut Valai poo to the mixture. Heat 10 cups of oil in a pan and then heat them well and deep fry the mixture until its brown on the out side.
Vallai poo take the inner Buds and rub the buds against your hands and remove the transparent small leaf and also the long white stem with a small round bud on top and wash the buds well. And soak them in water with 10 tsp of butter milk and turmeric. Then cut the buds (chop them well)
