Cabbage Poriyal Ingredients :

Cabbage - medium size
Onion - 1
Green chillies - 3
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Sambar powder/chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste 
Sugar - a pinch
Coriander leaves 

Cabbage Poriyal Preparation :

Chop the cabbage finely, Cook the cabbage separately
for about 3- 4 minutes in the microwave
Heat some oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds and
Jeera, then add the green chillies. 

Now add the cut onion and fry till it is golden brown.

Then add the cooked cabbages, add the turmeric
powder, garam masala, sambar powder/chilli powder, salt and sugar.

Finally add the coriander leaves, if needed add some shredded coconut for extra flavor and taste.
