Potato Poriyal Ingredients :
Potato - 2 Urud dal - 3tsp Chana Dal - 4 tsp Green chillies - 2 Coriander leaves Sambar powder - 5 tsp Onion finely chopped - 1 salt to taste turmeric powder - 1 tsp Chana dal - 4 tsp
Potato Poriyal Preparation :
Cook the potatoes seperately and peel the skin and mash them well Heat 6 tsp of oil in a pan and then add the mustard seeds ( 1 tsp ) , Then add the urud dal and the Chana dal add the onions after they turn golden brown. Then let the onions to turn golden brown and then add the potatoes along with sambar powder and salt and turmeric powder and then mix them well, let them fry for about 6 minutes. Then finally add coriander leaves. |
