Rava Or Sooji Poride Ingredients:
Rava or sooji – 1 cup,
Ghee – tsp,
Cardamom – ¼ tsp.,
Honey – 1 tsp.
Milk – 1 to 1 ½ cups (optional)
Rava Or Sooji Poride Preparation:
Fry rava with little ghee till golden brown. Now, add required amount of water and cook. Cool the mixture and add powdered cardamom, and honey and mix well, Milk can be added to make it thin. Calories: 122 kcals, Protein: 1.4g, Fat: 5.8g.
