Thin Ragi Porridge Ingredients:
Ragi flour – 2 tbsp.,
Salt – a pinch,
Butter milk – 1 glass,
water – as required,
Curry leaves – a few,
Garlic – 2 cloves chopped.
Thin Ragi Porridge Preparation:
Mix ragi flour with a cup of water and boil till it forms into glazed and creamy consistency. (do not sto stirring). Cool the mixture and add chopped garlic, salt, curry leaves and butter milk and mix well before serving. Calories: 48 kcals, Protein : 3.4g, Fat: 2.1g, Calcium: 148 mg. |
