Chicken Fajita Ingredients:
Lemon juice - 5 tsp
12 tsp olive oil
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1 clove of garlic
3 teaspoons of coriander
1/2 cup of fresh cilantro
Chicken Boneless skinless - 3 pounds
Flour tortillas (heat a pan and heat the tortillas on both the sides)
Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Sautéed onions peppers
Sour Cream
Guacamole (Mashed avocados with diced Bermuda onion, diced tomatoes, Tabasco
Sauce, pepper and lime juice)
Chicken Fajita Preparation:
Add the above and let it marinate 3 hours. Add the ingredients inside the tortilla and wrap it and serve it hot.
