Vegetarian Fajita Ingredients:
Lemon juice - 5 tsp
12 tsp olive oil
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1 clove of garlic
3 teaspoons of coriander
Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Sautéed onions peppers
Cooked Black beans or kidney beans
Sour Cream
Guacamole (Mashed avocados with diced Bermuda onion, diced tomatoes, Tabasco
Sauce, pepper and lime juice)
1/2 cup of fresh cilantro
Ingredients to make the wrap:
Flour tortillas (heat a pan and heat the tortillas on both the sides)

Add the ingredients inside the tortilla and wrap it and serve it hot
