Bean And Tomato Soup Ingredients:
Rajmah – ¼ cup,
Tomatoes – 2 nos., .
Onion – 1 no.,
Garlic – 2 cloves,
Salt – to taste,
Pepper or chilli powder – a pinch
Bean And Tomato Soup Preparation:
Pressure cook beans or Rajmah with very little salt. Chop onion and tomatoes and fry them (very little oil) along with garlic.Add one cup of water and boil and cook till tomatoes are tender. Now, blend the mixture in a blender. Finally, add cooked bean, salt and pepper or chilli powder and boil till it blends well. (glazed look) Serve hot. Calories: 127 kcals, Protein: 7.1g, Fat: 0.5g. |
