Lettuce Soup Ingredients:
Lettuce – 1 cup chopped,
Onion – 1 no. chopped,
Milk – ½ cup,
Maida – 1 tsp.
, Butter – 1 tsp.,
Salt – to taste,
Pepper – a pinch.
Lettuce Soup Preparation:
Heat butter in a thick bottomed vessel and fry chopped vegetables till tender. Now, add milk and little water and cook till the vegetables mix well and blend till water consistency.
