Palak And Mint Soup Ingredients:
Palak – 1 bunch,
Mint leaves – 1 tbsp.,
Jeera Powder – ½ tsp.,
Pepper – a pinch,
Salt – to taste,
Coconut milk – 2 tbsp.
Palak And Mint Soup Preparation:
Boil palak with little water till soft. Blend it in a blender along with mint leaves. Add jeera power, salt and pepper and boil for a few minutes.
