Vegetables With Cream Ingredients:
Potatoes – 1 No. chopped, Onioon – 1 No. chopped., French beans – 50 gms, Carrots – 1 No., Peas – 2 tbsp. Butter – 1 tsp., Cream – 1 tbsp., Salt – taste, Pepper – a pinch, Milk – if required.
Vegetables With Cream Preparation:
Boil potatoes and onions with 2 cups of water and strain the water and keep it aside. Now, boil other vegetables separately till tender and pass through a sieve. (withbig holes). Finally add butter, salt and pepper and mix with the strained water and boil for a few minutes. Pour cream over before serving. (milk can also be mixed instead of cream).
