Mixed Vegetables Salad Ingredients:
Cucumber - tbsp. chopped, Carrots - 2 tbsp. grated, Beetroot - 1 tbsp. grated, Tomatoes - 1 tbsp.Chopped Onion - 1 small chopped., Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp chopped, Grated coconut - 2 tbsp., Green chillies - 2 to 3 chopped, Lime juice - tbsp., Salt - to taste, Mustard seeds - for seasoning.
Mixed Vegetables Salad Preparation:
