* Sprouts - 1 cup Sprouted green gram,
* Methi seeds, Channa,
* Ground nuts,
* Chickpeas,
* Lime Juice - 1 tbsp.
* Salt - to taste,
* Grated coconut - 1 tbsp,
* Green chillies - 2 nos. chopped,
* Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp. chopped. Preparation methods of SPROUTED SALADS
* Sprout all the grms and mixed along with the above mentioned ingredients and
set it aside for a few minutes or refrigerate for about 15 to 20 minutes. |
