Ingredients of Chicken-65: Boneless Chicken-1lb
Yogurt-1/2cup
A pinchofajinomotto
Soya sauce-3tb
Corn flour-3to4tb
Chopped greenchillies-3tb, Gingergarlicpaste-1tb,Salt,Redcolour,oil.
Preparation of Chicken-65: Mix chicken pieces with yogurt,salt and cook the chicken pieces until the pieces are tender
and all water evaporates.keep the cickenpieces aside.Mix ajinomotto,soya sauce,cornflour,gingergarlicpaste,red colour,salt in a vessel & marinade the cooked
chicken pieces in it.Deep fry chicken pieces in oil and drain.Deep fry green chillies in the same oil.Decorate them on the chicken pieces.Serve hot by keeping the tooth picks on the top of it.Enjoy it.......
