Ingredients of Nethili fry : Nethili(fish variety) - 1/2 kg (big in size) Maida - 2 tbsp Corn flour - 1 tbsp Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Ginger & garlic paste - 1/2 tsp Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Food colour - a little Salt - to taste Lime - half Oil - for deep fry
Preparation of Nethili fry:
Add all the ingredients together and mix with water so as to make a thick paste. Put the nethili fish into it and marinade for about half an hour. Deep fry the marinated fish and serve hat carnished with onion rings and lime pieces.
