Chicken Wings Bhajia (Serves 4)
Ingredients of Chicken Wing Bhajias: 1. Chicken wings whole 6 to 8 2. Besan flour ½ cup 3. ¼ tsp haldi 4. ½ tsp garam masala 5. ¼ tsp chat masala 6. Salt to taste 7. 1 egg lightly beaten 8. Oil for deep frying
Preparation of Chicken Wing Bhajias: 1. Cut off the tips of the chicken wings and disjoint them. 2. Mix all the other ingredients execpt the oil and make a batter of honey consistency 3. Heat the oil in wok or kadhai . 4. Dip the wings into this batter and deep fry on medium heat till cooked and brown and crisp. 5. Serve hot with or without chatney. 6. Can be prepared ahead of time and reheated in microwave oven.
