Ingredients of Prawn Sambal:
Onions-2 big ones - shredded; 4 Green Chillies-deseeded & finely minced; a cup of thick Coconut Milk; A Doz. of Prawns.
For Garnish: 2 Ripe Red Chillies-deseeded & cut lengthwise, a bunch of Spring Onions-finely minced; a small Lime; Salt to taste.
Preparation of Prawn Sambal:
Remove the shells & heads from a dozen of Prawns, clean & devine them, wash well, boil & cut into quarter inch pcs & keep aside-put into a clean bowl with ½ tspn of Salt, shredded - Onions, finely minced green chillies, the juice of a small lime, a small cup of thick Coconut milk - mix well to blend & serve garnished with finely chopped onion leeks, 2 ripe red chilies cut lengthwise.
PN: You could add Spring Onions instead of Normal Onions.
