Ingredients of Baadam Kheer or Carrot kheer: 1. Carrot 4nos 2. Badam 12 nos.(no need to peel the skin) 3. Sugar 1cup 4. Milk 2 cups 5. Cardamom 4nos.
Preparation of Baadam Kheer or Carrot kheer: Pressure cook Carrot/badam/cardamom along with milk. When its done allow to cool. Then smash with 1 cup sugar in the mixie. Allow to boil in the open vessel for 10mts. Serve hot or cold. Adding fresh cream to the chilled kheer gives additional taste
