Ingredients
Brinjal – 5 small sizes
Potato – 2 medium
Green chilies – 3
Tomato – 3 medium
Coriander leaves – some
Turmeric powder- 1 tea spoon
Salt – to taste
1 sprig curry leaves
4 tsp oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
Method:
Cut all the above in to small pieces. Add all the ingredients in to a cooker & cook till 2 whistles. Later mash all of them till they become paste. Add some water & Season with mustard and curry leaves in oil.
Mix and serve with dosai / idly.
