Ingredients of Pasi parrupu adai:
Passi paruppu :2 cups soak in water for 1 hr With this add Garlic : 2 small piece Ginger : 1 small piece Green chilli: 4 Curry leaf : little Salt : 1/2 spoon]
Preparation of Pasi parrupu adai: Grind all this together with paruppu and little water.take this in an bowl and add finely
chopped onions 2 and corriander leaf and pour it in a hot dosai pan. pour oil or ghee
on top and reverse and remove it. For this coconut chutney or chilly chuttney will be good.
