Ingredients of Puffy Alu-Palak:
1. Potatoes-4(boiled,peeled&mashed) 2. Palak-2heaped(cleaned&chopped) 3. Salt,oilto deep fry
4. Amchur-2tsp,
5. Greenchillies-chopped
6. Ginger-1"chopped
7. Cilantro-½ bunch
8. Garam masala-2½tsp
9.Pastry sheets(available in shops)
Preparation of Puffy Alu-Palak:
Add allingredients to a nice miture,make desired size balls. take the pastry sheets,let them have room temperature.cut them into squares,and stuff with potato mixture,and fold them as a traingle.paste the edges with little water.prepare with total potatomixture. put them on the baking tray (and pre-heat the oven),kee it in the oven for 8 to 10 min until it done on 200¤c. serve hot with tomato ketchup,and vegetable fresh sallad.
