Vegatable Sambar:
Ingredients & Preparation of Simple Vegi Sambar:
Cook dal with turmeric powder in a pressure cooker. In a pan heat oil and then fry channa dal 1 tbs, dhaniya 2 tbs, red chilli 5-6. Fry the above and add 1/2 onion and grind it. In a pan heat oil and add fenugreek seeds, musturd, one green chilli, and add vegetables like Carrot, Beans, Capcisum. Add the grinded mixture, tarmarind 1 tbs, dal and cook for 10 minutes. If u find the Sambar is too waterry then mix a little amt of rice flour in a water and pour it on that. Then cook for another 5 minutes.
