Ingredients of Tal Gurer Payesh :
1. Milk- 4cups 2. Basmatirice washed-4tablespoons 3. Atali jaggerycrushed-125gms 4. Raisins-1/4cups
Preparation of Tal Gurer Payesh:
Bring milk to boil in cooker.add rice.stir once. Close cooker .bring to full pressure on medium heat.reduce heat and cook for 12minutes. Remove cooker from heat.allow to cool naturally. Open cooker. Place cooker with milk on high heat.Add jaggery and raisins.Stir till jaggery is dissolved. Remove cooker from heat.serve hot.
